This sandal was inspired from a trip to Japan while attending a conference on 'Ikebana'. This is an extremely ancient Japanese art form where flowers are harmoniously arranged with other natural elements. The upper is made from Stream Leather; tanned with vegetable extracts, ground tree bark and churned for weeks in a special cylinder. It is treated by hand with animal fat, olive and sunflower oil. This naturally protects the shoes from water, dirt and everyday wear. Footbed is made from recycled cork and natural latex. This conforms to your feet to evenly distribute the body weight and absorb the harsh impacts of walking. The Natural Rubber outsole is shock absorbing, flexible and durable with long lasting comfort.
