Built on a TerraFlex platform with an EVA midsole, the strategic selection of leathers and meshes in the upper allows us to keep the weight low, but design great support and control into this boot. It feels like an over-the-ankle Velocity shoe, but has a deeply lugged outsole, torsional rigidity, and hearty abrasion resistance. A new construction technique for the upper allows us to increase the GORE-TEX breathability by 30% over the previous Storm GTX. Redesigned collar for better stability and enhanced comfort. Abrasion-resistant leather rand. Waterproof/breathable GORE-TEX design keeps feet dry in sloppy conditions. Mid-height design provides extra ankle support without added weight. Full-length TerraFlex protection and aggressive outsole maximize stability with a cushioned ride. FasTrax carbon rubber outsole. Shoe weighs 15 oz.
